Job Description

The Sales and Business Development Executive will play a pivotal role in supporting the Sales & Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth through effective execution of sales and marketing strategies. This role involves aiding in identifying new market prospects, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to the achievement of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with local and international recruiting companies to generate potential sales leads.
  • Conduct thorough research to identify potential customers, target countries, and industry trends while remaining attuned to competition dynamics.
  • Support the exploration of fresh business concepts, contribute to feasibility assessments, and communicate findings to management.
  • Assist in the execution of strategic marketing plans such as email marketing, designed to enhance the company’s presence and broaden its customer base in the international market.
  • Collaborate on achieving sales objectives and propose innovative ideas to improve company growth.
  • Facilitate the recruitment department by participating in tasks such as advertising, and verifying candidate references and backgrounds.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a Sales Pipeline Report, tracking client progress; update the report daily and share weekly updates with management.
  • Undertake any additional responsibilities or ancillary tasks as assigned by management.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Possess a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Sales and Business Development within HR recruitment agencies or HR consulting firms.
  • Exhibit strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Building and sustaining effective customer relationships.
  • Be capable of working effectively under pressure to meet sales targets.
