Project Engineer

Job Description

Project Engineer will design and analyze building structures. He will be responsible for managing projects, and ensuring quality compliance. He will collaborate with R&D for the development of eco-friendly building materials and contribute to sustainable design practices.

Key Responsibilities

Design and analyze various building structures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Conduct field visits to construction sites, interact with clients, and address their inquiries or concerns regarding building materials and structural design.
Collaborate with the R&D team to contribute to the development of eco-friendly building materials, providing technical insights and feedback.
Assist the marketing team in creating technical documentation, presentations, and product demonstrations to promote eco-friendly building materials.
Apply in-depth knowledge of lightweight concrete and its applications in building construction, recommending appropriate solutions to clients.
Possess a comprehensive understanding of the principles and practices of green building, incorporating sustainable design and construction methods into projects.
Manage engineering projects from inception to completion, coordinating with stakeholders, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and successful execution.
Implement quality control measures to ensure the adherence of building materials to relevant standards and specifications.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in eco-friendly building materials, construction techniques, and industry trends, applying knowledge to enhance project outcomes.
Prepare technical reports, progress updates, and project documentation as required, maintaining accurate records of project activities.

Eligibility Criteria

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Previous 5 to 7 years’ experience in Structure Engineering is preferred, particularly in the development and use of eco-friendly building materials and light weight concrete.
Proficiency in structural design software, AutoCAD, and other relevant engineering tools.
Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in design and analysis processes.
Solid project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with green building principles and practices, sustainable materials, and energy-efficient design.
Self-driven and proactive, demonstrating a passion for eco-friendly construction and a commitment to continuous learning.
