The employee is responsible for monitoring the daily progress of operations with factories and transport providers to ensure uninterrupted business activities. This is achieved through continuous communication with all stakeholders, ensuring that orders are executed on time, following up on any delays or issues that may affect operations, and taking the necessary corrective actions or escalating matters to the relevant management when needed. The objective is to ensure operational continuity and maintain the highest level of service quality.
* Follow up daily with factories and transport providers to ensure smooth operational processes.
* Communicate with factories or transport providers whenever delays or operational interruptions occur.
* Remind all parties of orders, schedules, and operational requirements.
* Monitor the implementation of corrective actions until all issues are resolved and closed.
* Report any operational issues that may impact workflow to management.
* Coordinate with the Operations team to ensure that no order or shipment is delayed.
* Maintain a high standard of communication to ensure customer satisfaction and service continuity.
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or in Business Administration
* Strong communication skills.
* Ability to solve problems quickly.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Previous experience in operations or transportation is preferred.
