Job Description

Manager Sales & Business Development is responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth. This includes identifying new market opportunities, developing relationships with key decision-makers, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Affiliate with local & international recruiting companies for sales leads.
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders for sales leads.
  • Conduct research to identify potential customer, countries and trades etc while being fully aware of competition status.
  • Conduct market research to stay up to date with the latest industry trends like changes in demand for certain skill sets.
  • Exploring new business ideas, preparing feasibilities and sharing with management.
  • Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan to promote business and to expand company’s customer base and presence in International Market.
  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to promote business and to generate revenues for the company.
  • Achieve sales targets and propose new ideas to improve growth of the company.
  • Facilitate the recruitment department in advertising, sourcing, shortlisting, reference and background checking of the potential candidates.
  • Assist operations department to ensure candidates’ registration with relevant authorities.
  • Develop a Sales Pipeline Report showing the progress against each client. keep that list updated on daily basis and share with management on weekly basis.
  • Any other reports / information as required by the management.
  • Any other task incidental / ancillary to the job or assigned by the management

Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Sales and Business Development within the HR Recruitment agencies and HR Consulting Firms.
  • Solid understanding of sales strategies and techniques, and experience in developing and implementing sales plans.
  • Excellent analytical and business skills to analyse and interpret market data.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
