Job Description

Thrive is recruiting a strategic and innovative Manager, Partnerships & Affiliations to lead our partnership initiatives and grow our network of affiliations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building and managing strategic partnerships within the overseas employment sector, focusing on identifying, developing, and maintaining partnerships that align with Thrive’s business objectives and enhance our market presence.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Partnership Strategy and Development:
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive partnership strategy to support Thrive’s business goals.
    • Identify and evaluate potential partners, including educational institutions, government agencies, private sector organizations, and NGOs.
    • Negotiate and execute partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with company objectives and legal compliance.
  2. Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
    • Conduct regular meetings and reviews to assess partnership performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  3. Affiliation Programs:
    • Develop and manage affiliation programs to attract and retain partners.
    • Create and implement marketing and promotional strategies to increase awareness and participation in affiliation programs.
    • Monitor and analyze the performance of affiliation programs, making data-driven decisions to optimize results.
  4. Business Development:
    • Collaborate with the sales and business development teams to identify new business opportunities through partnerships.
    • Leverage partnerships to expand Thrive’s market reach and enhance our service offerings.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new partnership opportunities.
  5. Performance Tracking and Reporting:
    • Monitor and analyze the performance of partnerships and affiliation programs.
    • Prepare and present regular reports on partnership activities and outcomes to senior management.
    • Continuously improve partnership strategies and programs based on performance data and feedback.
  6. Compliance and Ethics:
    • Ensure all partnership activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
    • Maintain high ethical standards in all business dealings and partnership negotiations.

Eligibility Criteria

  1. Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field.
  • MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is preferred.
  1. Experience:
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in partnership development, business development, or a related field, preferably in the overseas employment sector.
  • Experience in managing and growing affiliation programs.
  1. Skills:
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, partnership management tools, and analytics platforms.
  • Fluency in English and local languages.
