Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relations:Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and address any operational issues promptly.
  • Reporting:Prepare regular reports on operational performance metrics, providing insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Experience:A minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a related field, preferably in the overseas employment or recruitment industry.
  • Educational Background:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
