Key Responsibilities

Operational Oversight:Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring all processes align with company goals and industry standards.
Process Improvement:Identify areas for improvement within operational processes and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Team Leadership:Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Budget Management:Develop and manage budgets for operational activities, ensuring that expenditures are within limits and aligned with strategic objectives.
Quality Assurance:Establish and maintain quality assurance protocols to ensure compliance with legal regulations and company policies.
Client Relations:Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and address any operational issues promptly.
Reporting:Prepare regular reports on operational performance metrics, providing insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.
Compliance Management: Ensure all operations comply with local laws and regulations related to overseas employment practices.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as HR, finance, and marketing to align operational strategies with overall business objectives.

Eligibility Criteria

Experience:A minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a related field, preferably in the overseas employment or recruitment industry.
Educational Background:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
