Job Description

Thrive is hiring an energetic and goal-oriented Manager for Sales & Business Development to lead our initiatives in growing our client base and strengthening our market position in the overseas employment industry. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong sales background who can effectively lead a team to achieve ambitious growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Implement Sales Strategy: Create and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that focuses on financial growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough research to identify new markets, customer needs, and emerging trends in the overseas employment industry.
  • Client Engagement: Arrange and conduct business meetings with prospective clients, presenting Thrive’s services and addressing their objectives.
  • Sales Management: Oversee the sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their targets and develop into high-performing professionals.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain long-term relationships with both new and existing clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor sales metrics, prepare reports on sales performance, and adjust strategies as necessary to meet corporate goals.
  • Contract Negotiation: Prepare and review sales contracts, ensuring compliance with legal standards and company policies.
  • Feedback Mechanism: Provide constructive feedback to team members, enhancing their skills through training and mentorship.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as a Sales Manager or Business Development Manager, experience in the overseas employment.
  • Sales Track Record: Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
