The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media management, content creation, and analytics, along with excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Strategy Development: Create and implement a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with the company’s marketing goals and enhances our online presence across various platforms.
  • Social Media Management: Oversee all social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), ensuring consistent branding and messaging while engaging with our audience effectively.
  • Content Creation: Develop original and compelling content, including text, images, videos, and graphics that resonate with our target audience and reflect the company’s values.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Buffer to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and inform future strategies.
  • Community Engagement: Foster a positive online community by responding to comments and messages promptly, managing customer inquiries, and addressing any concerns raised on social media.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest trends in social media and digital marketing to ensure the company remains competitive and innovative in its approach.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as marketing, sales, and design to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all platforms.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote specific services or events, including budget management for paid advertising initiatives.
  • Content Calendar Management: Develop and maintain an editorial calendar to schedule posts effectively while ensuring a steady flow of engaging content.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
