Job Description

Lead the Group’s financial strategy and strengthen long-term financial sustainability through effective financial performance management, planning, liquidity and risk management, while supporting executive leadership and the Board of Directors in achieving growth and profitability objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the Group’s financial strategy in alignment with corporate objectives.
  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management processes.
  • Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital.
  • Lead the preparation of financial statements and management and regulatory reports.
  • Strengthen internal controls, financial governance, and risk management frameworks.
  • Standardize and enhance financial processes across the Group’s companies.
  • Support investment, expansion, acquisition decisions, and feasibility studies.
  • Develop financial dashboards and performance indicators for executive management and the Board.
  • Manage relationships with banks, external auditors, and regulatory authorities.
  • Lead the digital transformation of the finance function and improve operational efficiency.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • MBA or Master’s degree in Finance is preferred.
  • Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA are preferred.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Experience in family-owned businesses or diversified groups is an added advantage.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English.
  • Financial leadership and strategic thinking.
  • Financial planning and analysis (FP&A).
  • Liquidity and working capital management.
  • Risk management, governance, and internal controls.
  • Stakeholder management and negotiation.
  • KPI development and data-driven decision-making.
