Job Description

We are seeking a visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the establishment and growth of our real estate company. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the real estate industry, exceptional leadership capabilities, and a proven track record of building successful businesses. This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively drive the company’s vision, develop client relationships, and manage all aspects of the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and Setup the Company: Lead the establishment of the real estate company from inception to operational status, including developing business strategies, operational frameworks, and service offerings.
  • Strategic Leadership: Define and communicate the company’s vision, mission, and values while ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Project Development Oversight: Oversee all aspects of project development, including site acquisition, design, construction, marketing, and sales.
  • Market Positioning: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the real estate industry, positioning the company as a leader in innovative development.
  • Client Development: Build strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners to drive sales and collaboration opportunities.
  • Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to ensure profitability and sustainability.
  • Team Management: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of professionals across various functions including project management, finance, marketing, and sales.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure the delivery of high-quality projects that meet or exceed customer expectations while adhering to timelines and budgetary constraints.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Education: A Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Real Estate Development, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in the real estate industry or related fields, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in building and managing real estate businesses or projects.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think critically about business challenges and opportunities within the real estate market.
  • Client-Centric Approach: A strong commitment to customer satisfaction with a focus on delivering value-added services.
