Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to spearhead the establishment and growth of our electric vehicle company. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in the automotive industry, particularly in electric vehicles or related technologies, along with exceptional leadership skills and a proven track record of building successful businesses. This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively drive the company’s vision, develop client relationships, and manage all aspects of the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and Setup the Company: Lead the establishment of the electric vehicle company from inception to operational status, including developing business strategies, operational frameworks, and product offerings.
  • Strategic Leadership: Define and communicate the company’s vision, mission, and values while ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Product Development: Oversee the design and development of innovative electric vehicles that meet market demands and regulatory standards.
  • Market Positioning: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the EV industry, positioning the company as a leader in sustainable transportation solutions.
  • Client Development: Build strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners to drive sales and collaboration opportunities.
  • Financial Oversight: Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to ensure the firm’s profitability and sustainability.
  • Team Management: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of engineers, designers, marketers, and support staff to deliver exceptional service to clients.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure the delivery of high-quality products that meet or exceed customer expectations.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Education: A Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in the automotive industry or related fields, with at least 5 years in a leadership role focused on electric vehicles or clean technologies.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in building and managing automotive businesses or product lines.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
