Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven “Business Development Associate” to join our growing coworking space team. If you have a passion for client acquisition, building partnerships, and helping businesses thrive in flexible work environments — this role is for you!

The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in business development or sales, ideally in coworking, commercial real estate, or service-based industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage with potential clients to drive occupancy and revenue
• Conduct site tours and pitch coworking solutions to freelancers, startups, SMEs, and corporates
• Build long-term relationships with current and potential members
• Manage sales pipeline
• Collaborate with the marketing team for lead generation campaigns
• Prepare client proposals, presentations, and follow-up communication
• Represent the coworking space at networking events and exhibitions

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Required)
• Minimum 1 -2 years of experience in business development or B2B sales
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong negotiation and presentation abilities
• Self-motivated and target-oriented
• Knowledge or interest in startups, freelancing, or flexible workspaces is a plus
