Job Description

The Specialist Sales & Marketing will play a crucial role in lead generation, business development, and client relationship management. This position requires strong communication skills in Arabic and English and the ability to promote Thrive Consulting’s workforce solutions to potential clients. The ideal candidate will be proactive, results-driven, and capable of working remotely while ensuring successful client engagement and business expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct cold calling to reach potential clients and introduce Thrive Consulting’s workforce solutions.
  • Present Thrive’s company profile and services to key decision-makers in relevant industries.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings with potential clients, ensuring a structured approach to business development.
  • Generate leads and create demand for Thrive’s recruitment services through networking, referrals, and market research.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring long-term collaboration.
  • Attend and represent Thrive Consulting at industry events, conferences, and networking gatherings to enhance market visibility.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
  • Maintain an organized CRM database to track client interactions, follow-ups, and sales progress.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the company’s overall growth.
  • Leverage social media marketing to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, engage employers, and drive recruitment demand in Saudi Arabia.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in the recruitment or workforce solutions industry.
  • Strong understanding of the Saudi Arabian labor market dynamics and employer needs.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory (spoken and written).
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting and meet sales targets.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with a results-oriented mindset.
