Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the establishment and growth of our management consulting firm. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in management consulting, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of building successful businesses. This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively drive the company’s vision, develop client relationships, and manage all aspects of the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and Setup the Company: Lead the establishment of the consulting firm from the ground up, including developing business strategies, operational frameworks, and service offerings.
  • Strategic Leadership: Define and communicate the company’s vision, mission, and values while ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Client Development: Build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, identifying opportunities for growth and collaboration.
  • Team Management: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of consultants and support staff to deliver exceptional service to clients.
  • Financial Oversight: Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to ensure the firm’s profitability and sustainability.
  • Market Positioning: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the consulting industry, positioning the firm as a leader in the market.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure the delivery of high-quality consulting services that meet or exceed client expectations.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Education: A Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in management consulting or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in building and managing consulting practices or businesses.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think critically and strategically about business challenges and opportunities.
